Sr Manager Technical Process Engineering

Job Summary: The Sr Manager Technical Process Engineering will improve the quality, throughput and cost of the product by providing technical direction and leading process improvements within the plant operations (1 million square feet). This position will also be responsible for the development of process specifications and process parameters necessary to meet or exceed customer expectations, as well as provide overall leadership of the facility process engineering team. This position must also assist in the technical development of the production staff and will work directly with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality and Maintenance/Engineering. This position manages 8 technical process engineers, and reports directly to the VP Manufacturing.
Director Managed Care Contract Modeling

Job Summary: Develops and maintains analytical tools, manages and trains staff, and uses data to provide recommendations on reimbursement methodology and rates for managed care contracts. Prepares financial analyses of current state, models the financial impact of potential reimbursement methods and rates, and determines the optimum structure and rates for proposals during negotiations with managed care organizations. Systematically plans and executes medium and long range activities to prepare for future contracting events. Responds to extremely urgent, mission-critical projects driven by contracting opportunities or issues. Responsibilities span all System owned, leased or managed entities.
CNC Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary: The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing all manufacturing related functions within the Manufacturing Organization involved in producing precision parts, maintaining equipment, performing set-ups, and completing change-over processes. The Manufacturing Manager will provide training, leadership, and guidance to all personnel within his organization, including Manufacturing Engineers, and their respective group(s), or cell(s), of CNC Manufacturing Engineering Technicians, Class 1 and Class 2 Machinists, and Manufacturing Assistants.
